As a collective we are experiencing powerful energetic shifts. The Universe is reminding us of this. There is so much happening in this card. We see an image of the four armed god, Shiva in motion. In two hands he holds a Sadhu drum and the flame of destruction while balancing on one foot on an infant. These symbols remind us of his power to create or destroy. That is where we, the Universe is right now. Old systems are being dismantled as new ones arise.
The Prince of Cups comes bearing the promise of love and healing, a message that is echoed in the Star. Water; symbolic of emotion, intuition, and spirituality, is a key feature in both images. We are being asked to trust in the Divine to guide and comfort us through this process. Notice that the Universe, Prince of Cups, and the Star are all night time settings. We must navigate through the darkness until day breaks, but the moon and the stars; intuition and spirituality again, will show us the way.
The best thing we can do right now is be still, balanced, and alone. The figure in the Two of Swords is doing all of these things. She is tuning out all external noise, so that the only voice she hears is that of her highest self. Tune out to tune in.
